Membership
The membership/associate membership criteria are listed below. The
annual fees for each type of membership include a subscription to
the Adirondack Journal of Environmental Studies
and appear to the right of the categories.
Full Voting
Membership
1.
Supporting institutions of higher education
(includes one full time membership) . . . . $100.00
2.
Faculty and professional staff of institutions of higher education
and non-collegiate educational institutions chartered under the
New York State Department of Education . . . . $30.00
3.
Matriculated graduate students at a recognized institution of
higher education . . . . $15.00
Associate (Non-voting)
Membership
4.
Interested people not affiliated with a recognized institution
of higher education, but whose background, interests, profession
or craft reflect ARC's purpose and intent . . . . $30.00
Member in Good
Standing
Members shall
be required to pay dues in the amounts stated above as determined
by the ARC Executive Committee to remain a member in good standing.
Tuesday, June 24, 2008 8:46 AM If a member is a student, in lieu of dues payment a volunteer
work schedule may be substituted as agreed upon and approved by
the Executive Committee. It is the responsibility of the Committee
to ensure that volunteer work is completed.
Applying for
Membership
To join ARC,
make check payable to Adirondack Research Consortium and return
check the address below. Be sure to include your NAME, AFFILIATION,
MAILING ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, and EMAIL ADDRESS.
